Under Options → Project → General → SysML set Item Flow Creation Mode to 'direct' to completely avoid this:
OBSOLETE: MagicDraw/Cameo: If you use ItemFlow mode 'Between Part Types', on application again of a Classifier as ItemFlow to a Connector in a 2nd context Block it may tell you an ItemFlow exists between Blocks that type parts connected elsewhere.
The ''Between Part Types' mode is recommended in some other guides and tutorials elsewhere, but it has side-effects, and you don't really need it.
