Mathematica: A Webel helper class for managing documentation for an MTools class or a Webel Abstract Data Type (ADT) stateless pseudo class. Can carry MMethod objects, which may have MArg and MOpt objects. Integrates with the Doc` package for ::usage generation and the HelpF` and HelpO` help registries. Visit also MPackage.
