The Webel W`Moo` package group: Additional utilities for the user-contributed MTools paclet for classes & object orientation

Just the existence of the W`MOO` packages is mentioned here for now, there are dedicated later slides and sections on the All` universal base class extension for MTools and the All` and HelpM` packages (which use the HelpO` class and method help registration package) and some case studies:
