A board reset can be performed via the reset button, via a pin on :Header3
, or via ICSP.
The SPI connections (MOSI/MISO/SCK) between one ICSP header and the main mcu ATmega2560 chip are not directly relevant to the reset, there's just shown anyway.
A board reset ultimately also affects the ATmega16U2 chip via DTR/HWR to its p13.
