Since 1999 I have worked primarily as an IT Consultant, systems engineer, software architect, software developer, and CMS web developer and technical context author for clients in industry, engineering, education and science. (From 1985 until 1999 I studied, researched, and then worked as a physicist, mathematician, and scientific computing specialist.)

Learn about my passion for model-based systems engineering with Systems Modeling Language v1 (SysML®) and graphical software engineering with Unified Modeling Language (UML®) under the UML Zone and SysML Zone, and you can read my dedicated Model-Based Software and Systems Engineering résumé.

There is also a dedicated (concise) online Web Technologies résumé, with a focus on technical Content Management System (CMS) web site development with Drupal™, UML-driven Java programming and Enterprise Java (Java EE) web application development, PHP programming, and web-related languages such as XHTML, eXtensible Markup Language (XML), and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) language (and SASS).

The human brain is multi-faceted. I'm a big believer in having artists pursuits to offset time spent with technology and science. These days, I get my artistic fix primarily through photography:

Webel IT Australia also sells incredible, colourful, framed or mounted prints of light art macro photography created using the amazing Drancel body motion light synthesis system, which was of course developed using model-based engineering with UML and SysML! Visit also the separate Webel photo channel site.

I hope you enjoy this Drupal™-driven Webel Content Management System (CMS) site.

Yours Systematically,

Darren Kelly, BSc, PhD
