When naming custom ValueTypes it is often overlooked than one of the main purposes of the SysMLv1.x ValueType is to support an engineering context for a value property.

For example, a ValueType ClockFrequency might include documentation specifying exactly how the frequency is to be measured, and might even reference an industry standard.

A ValueType WeightOnEarth might specify measurement of a mass subject to gravity at the Earth's sea level.
