SysPhS-1: 'A PhSConstant has values that do not change during simulation runs. Values can change between simulation runs.'

SysPhS-1: 'A PhSVariable has values that can vary over time in a continuous or discrete fashion. Continuous variables have values that are close to their values at nearby times in the past and future. Discrete variables have values that are the same as their values at nearby times in either the past or future, or both.'

There's little to say about the tool implementation beyond the spec description, just note that in the tool PhSConstant and PhSVariable live under sysphs_profile within the MD Customization for SysML package.
